Debra Star –
The mom behind the creator of Sex & the City and other TV hits, Darren Star, Debra Star is artistic in her own right. She studied painting at American University and lithography at Montgomery College in Maryland. She is a docent at the Hirschorn Museum of Contemporary Art, which is part of the Smithsonian, in Washington DC, and has been studying under Michelle Jamison, who is associated with the Palm Springs Museum of Art. She resides in a Steven Chase designed home in Rancho Mirage.
