Born in Sables d’Olonne, a coastal village in France, Philippe currently resides in Paris. His work is collected and exhibited throughout Europe and the United States. Describing his point of view he says, “Globalization generates a virtual and tragic space, haunted by desire, power and evil, where the figure seems strange and lost. I would like to seize this delocalization of the figure, carried off towards its mysterious destiny.”
